Operations
Dedicated young leaders give their
time, wits, energy and resources to see The Network
succeed. The Network's
Staff and
Leadership Council drive its strategy and determine
how and what work gets done.
The Network's
Action Teams, under the direction of Staff and
Council, execute The Network
events and services. Member
feedback is solicited along the way and incorporated, in
balance, with available resources.
Everything that The Network
does directly relates to its role - to cultivate
social and professional development, provide service
leadership opportunities, facilitate the connection of
young talent with the hiring needs of employers, and
engage in advocacy of YP interests.

The Network: Young Professionals of the Quad Cities is a bi-state regional organization and operates
under the bylaws of the Illinois Quad City Chamber of
Commerce and on a fiscal year running September 1-August
31.
The Network recently went though a strategic planning process to
develop our new brand identity of being BOLD, VOCAL,
ENERGETIC, and PROFESSIONAL. You will see programs
developed to reflect this new identity that meets the
needs of area young professionals.
