The Network: Young Professionals of the Quad Cities

The Network: Young Professionals of the Quad Cities will cultivate social and professional development, provide service leadership opportunities, facilitate the connection of young talent with the hiring needs of employers, and engage in advocacy of YP interests. The Network is a growing network of young professionals, in their 20's & 30's, from the Iowa and Illinois Quad Cities. From socializing with friends, meeting new people, networking with professional and community contacts, learning about important community issues, volunteering for area non-profit organizations, building leadership skills, and impacting the area's quality of life - The Network: Young Professionals of the Quad Cities has something for everyone!

The Network @ Night: Join friends and other young professionals after work at The Network @ Night in the Quad Cities. The Network hosts this event typically on the first Thursday of each month at an area restaurant, bar, or special venue for young professionals to socialize with friends, meet new people, make business and community contacts, and experience the Quad Cities quality of life. The Network @ Noon: During the lunch hour, join The Network to enhance your personal and professional development skills. With a new speaker and topic each month, you are guaranteed to brush up on your skills each time. eNgage: Get engaged in the Quad Cities community by volunteering for area organizations and non-profit agencies. The Network works to inform you about general volunteer opportunities, monthly group service activities, and openings to serve on boards, committees, and fundraising councils. Issue Forums: New to The Network, the Issue Forums are a piece of the groups Advocacy Committee. Issue Forums allow young professionals the opportunity to vocal in the community and share their thoughts around a particular topic.
